Q: What is a printed cookie?
Printed cookies feature high-resolution edible images applied directly to the icing. These can include company logos, themed graphics, personal photos, and more.
Q: Can I order cookies in bulk for large events?
Absolutely. Bulk orders start at 100 cookies and include pricing tiers based on quantity. Each cookie is individually packaged to ensure freshness and quality. Whether for corporate events, weddings, or celebrations, we will create a custom cookie experience tailored to your needs.
Q: How big are the cookies?
Cookies range from 3 to 4 inches in size, depending on the shape and design.
Q: How are the cookies packaged?
Each cookie is individually heat sealed for freshness and placed in a bakery-style box. Cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature, up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator, and up to 6 months when stored in an airtight container in the freezer.
Q: Do you ship cookies?
We do not offer shipping at this time. Orders are available for local pickup from the Galleria area or Energy Corridor in Houston by appointment. Local delivery is available for an additional fee and is subject to availability.
Q: Are your cookies allergy-friendly?
Our cookies are dairy-free but contain wheat and eggs. They are made in a home kitchen where nuts and soy may be present. Please reach out with any allergy-related concerns.
Q: What is the minimum order?
The minimum order is 2 dozen cookies. Bulk pricing is available for printed logo cookie orders starting at 100 cookies and up.
Q: Do you provide samples or mockups?
We offer digital mockups for large or branded orders. Edible samples are not available at this time.
Q: Are you a licensed bakery?
Cookie House Houston operates under the Texas Cottage Food Law in a home kitchen. While our kitchen is not inspected by the state, we follow strict safety and sanitation practices to ensure quality and care. We do not ship cookies and we do not have a storefront. All orders are custom made to order and available for local pickup only.
